Introduction: The Seef Avenue Association (SAOA) was established to promote a sense of community among the residents of the Seef Avenue development while adhering to the laws and regulations set by the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA). The SAOA develops and implements strategies and programs to manage and facilitate the needs of all stakeholders, following the HOA Articles of Association and its joint property bylaws.
The SAOA provides a variety of advisory, administrative, and operational services to the owner's association, in collaboration with the Board of Directors. The SAOA is committed to safeguarding the rights and investments of Seef Avenue residents, and to providing a harmonious and hassle-free living experience for all.
